Please can I thank you, on behalf of Jill and myself, for the excellent service that Blackwell Meadows provided for the President's Ball on Saturday 27th January. The meal was superb and I was proud to receive many plaudits from friends who were dining at Blackwell Meadows for the first time.

The service by the Blackwell Meadows team was, as usual, efficient and friendly and much appreciated by all of the guests. The cabaret was a great success and they were grateful for all of the help and support they received in accommodating the rehearsal session and setting up for the evening.

The layout of the room proved to be ideal for the evening and I appreciate your advice and guidance for the evening. We were able to raise £1000 for St. Teresa's Hospice on the evening and also have a superb night out with good food and entertainment. Many thanks for the vital role you played in making this evening a success.

Many thanks for all your help and assistance with our Year 11 Prom. The evening itself was a huge success and once again your venue came up trumps . The students all enjoyed their meal and the disco which followed was appreciated by all. I have spoken to the member of staff who will have responsibility for this activity next academic year and recommended to him that he gets in touch with you as soon as possible to ensure that we can have access to your facilities next May.
