Blackwell Meadows has been designed with flexibility
and versatility in mind. Set in its own private grounds, it makes
a refreshing change as a venue for all types of business meetings.
We have spacious rooms filled with natural daylight that can be
set out to your requirements. We offer a very competitive daily
conference rate per delegate. We have various packages available,
which include Day Delegate, Half Day Delegate and Room Hire Only.

Conferences at Blackwell Meadows
We have two second floor suites, which provide facilities for up
to 150 people. We can configure our suites as conference, lecture,
theatre, boardroom - in fact whatever your requirement. Formal or
informal, large or small - we can accommodate you.
Catering requirements, audio and visual aids or any other specific
needs can be arranged on your behalf. The rooms are just the start
of what we have to offer here at Blackwell Meadows.
Our attentive staff will help you organise every detail of your
event and on the day they will make sure that everything runs like
clockwork.
Our Conference & Meeting Rooms
The Feetham Room.
The Feetham Room can easily accommodate up to 100 seated theatre
style with space still available for presentation equipment. However
rooms are set out to YOUR requirements. Our friendly staff will
ensure that refreshments and food are served when YOU require them.
 
A large 1st floor conference room - easily divided into breakout
rooms by use of the divider or capable of seating of up to 100 delegates.

The Bainbridge Room.
This well lit room on the 1st floor can cater for meetings of up
to 12 delegates.


The Bainbridge Room gives small meetings privacy.
Situated on the first floor and suitable for meetings from 2 to
12 delegates.

This well lit room is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate

We do have items of presentation equipment that can be hired. These
range from Flip Charts & Pens, Screens to Laptop with Light
Projector. Please ask at time of booking for availability and rates.

Layout of Rooms
We are able to offer the following layouts in our rooms*

* Boardroom is the only layout suitable for the Bainbridge Room.
We are just one mile from Darlington town centre within easy reach
for most forms of transport and only one mile from the A1(M). Durham
Tees Valley Airport is just six miles and Darlington Railway Station
is only 5 minutes drive.
Ample free car parking surveyed by our own CCTV system
If you would like to continue into the evening then we can supply
buffets or formal dinners.
